Sweet Potato and Arugula Salad

Hand Building Class
My first course in hand building is over now, although I’m still finishing up several pieces over at Pullen Arts Center. I’ve only ever used the wheel, tending to think hand building wouldn’t interest me, but I have to admit that I really enjoy it. Yesterday we scooped up all the caterpillars on the rue and sweet fennel, which we believe are from Eastern Black Swallowtails.
