Incentive (Day 5).
Tomorrow is the big day! Yesterday Joe and I went in the garage and tried to figure out the best arrangement for the display table. Now there is a perfect little drawer for the prints and plenty of vertical variation for the pottery. It was this big three dimensional puzzle, and I can’t wait to show you the finished results tomorrow. Earlier this week we opened up the kiln. There were no glaze runs and most of the pieces came…

Incentive (Day 4).
I’m going to let you in on a little secret. I feel like a poser when it comes to selling prints for the first time. In fact, I’m squeamish to even say, “I’m selling photography.” Truth is, I know plenty of AMAZING photographers, and I certainly wouldn’t even claim to be a photographer. Incentive (Day 2).
I’ve narrowed down my numerous photographs to a set of 35 24 that I plan on having available this Saturday. This is still a pretty large set that I may have to trim down further, but it’s just so hard to do! The snowy bird photos that are on the note cards didn’t make the cut since they are already in print form. To celebrate this accomplishment (sorting through and reprocessing photos is serious labor!), I’m going to offer a…

Jellies!
These were taken at the Tennessee Aquarium when I visited my family several weeks ago. I’m pretty sure I could sit and watch the jelly fish swim for hours. I’ll have these prints available at The Handmade Market (November 10, downtown Raleigh) and will place them in my Storenvy shop soon.
