    It has been awhile since I’ve taken a morning garden walk! There just isn’t that much to see in the winter unless there is a good frost. Yesterday we had threats of tornadoes and 70 degree temperatures, so that warranted a visit to see what had changed. Mint does not give up easily.     It is the day before the first day of school, and we’ve had a summer full on sunshine, friends, light saber battles, and swimming. It also seems to be ending just in time.   • Exploration of Dill and Dew

    With its feathery leaves, dill is such a lovely herb, especially after a light rainfall or covered in morning dew. I’ve enjoyed watching the changes, the flowers opening and all the bugs that are attracted to it.
